Responsibilities
• Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex • Work closely with Product Managers for scoping and roadmap discussions • Mentor junior developers • Design complex solutions based on product requirements • Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases • To be successful in this role, you have (required): • 7+ years of experience with full stack development • A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects • 3+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices • A willingness to help educate and grow teammates • An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product • Experience working with engineering AI tooling such as Github co-pilot, cursor or claude code • Nice-to-have: • Node.js experience • Serverless architecture on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) • Salesforce certifications • Containerized applications • CI/CD experience • Disclosure:The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $140,000-160,000.
