Requirements
• You have experience in a people-related role (talent acquisition, people operations, onboarding, or similar) and have supported coordination and administrative tasks within that environment. • You have experience coordinating and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and timezones, managing competing priorities with attention to detail. • You have worked with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or HR management system (HRMS/HRIS), maintaining records and keeping information accurate and up to date. • You have some exposure to interviews, whether screening, coordinating, or observing, and are excited about developing your skills further in this area. • You have experience working with and coordinating across global distributed teams, navigating time zones with ease. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. • You have experience collaborating with team members and understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships. • You are passionate about talent acquisition and are eager to grow your knowledge of recruitment operations, candidate experience, and hiring best practices.
Responsibilities
• Domain: Own the operational and administrative layer of the recruitment process, from resume screening and interview coordination to ATS maintenance and inbox management, keeping hiring workflows organized, accurate, and compliant across all active markets. • Domain: • Client: Contribute to inclusive hiring by maintaining candidate records consistently, reviewing postings for exclusionary language, and ensuring every applicant receives equitable, professional communication. • Client • People: Support the hiring team through interview coordination, scheduling, and maintaining role content, hiring materials, and training resources. • People: • Company: Stay connected to hiring trends, global talent market shifts, and employer brand activity to support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition and help strengthen Thrive's position as an employer of choice. • Company: • We’re committed to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that will create a strong foundation for your launch in this role: • In your first 30 days you’ll learn how Thrive operates as a business, immerse yourself in the company’s mission and values, build relationships with key team members, learn People & Culture systems and processes, and understand how Talent Acquisition contributes to company success. • In your first 60 days you’ll dive deeper into specific roles within the organization, begin onboarding into our talent acquisition platforms and tools, and start handling the administrative tasks associated with recruitment and interview coordination. • In your first 90 days you’ll have become an integral part of the team, owning the operational and administrative layer of the recruitment process and working closely alongside the Talent Acquisition team to support active hiring and keep operations running smoothly.
