Requirements

You share your recipe for success without even being asked. • Salesforce or a similar CRM • Outreach or a similar sales enablement platform • MS Office Suite, especially Outlook • Payscale has an employee centric remote-first model that provides you the flexibility to do your best work in a space that supports you, while also finding time to collaborate in person for the moments that matter. • In our remote-first model, employees can work from the location that works best for them. Employees can choose to work from home, in company-paid co-working spaces, or any combination of the two that best suits their unique needs. • If you work from home, we recommend ensuring that you can meet the following technology, equipment and workspace requirements: • High-Speed Internet - A stable broadband or fiber connection (satellite is highly discouraged) with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace that has a reliable Wi-Fi signal. • Device for Multifactor Authentication (MFA/2FA) - smartphone, tablet, etc. • When it matters (usually no more than a few times a year) we take the time to gather for in-person events. • Payscale has employees across the US, Canada, UK, The Philippines and Romania however we are currently unable to hire in the Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on Inbound Leads- Within 5 minutes of a lead coming into our system the inbound SDR will reach out to the prospect to qualify their needs and schedule time with an Account Executive. On average the Inbound SDR will be making 80-100 dials and sending 50-100 emails. • Engage with Prospects: Use Outreach sequences, phone calls, personalized emails, and other methods such as LinkedIn to establish rapport, answer any questions, and move prospects forward in the sales funnel. • Qualify Leads: Assess inbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability for sales conversations and pipeline development. • Schedule Demos/Meetings: Book initial meetings or product demonstrations with qualified prospects for Account Executives. • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all qualified leads are passed along smoothly and with the appropriate context to increase conversion rates. • Maintain CRM Updates: Accurately track all lead interactions, updates, and status changes in salesforce to ensure clear communication and reporting. • Handle Objections: Address common objections and queries from prospects, guiding them toward the next steps in the sales process. • Provide Feedback: Share insights and feedback with the marketing team about lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
