Requirements
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical Salesforce solutions, leading major implementations, enhancements, and platform integrations • Define, govern, and enforce technical standards, including: Data models, Security architecture, Sharing strategies, Integration patterns • Review and approve Salesforce designs, configurations, and code to ensure architectural integrity • Lead Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft • Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, mentoring developers and administrators • Guide business stakeholders through architectural decisions and platform trade-offs • Continuously improve the Salesforce platform by leveraging new Salesforce capabilities and features • Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies to enable reliable releases • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture or senior technical leadership roles • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce core clouds, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud • Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs • Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and sharing rules • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Salesforce deployment strategies • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable, secure technical solutions • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Architect, Platform Developer, or Cloud-specific certifications) • Experience improving Salesforce platform performance and governance at scale • Exposure to complex, multi-team or enterprise Salesforce environments • Passion for mentoring and raising technical standards across teams
