Job&Talent - HQ - Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer
Responsibilities
• Handling Helpdesk Tickets • IT support for office infrastructure - WiFi, Network Connectivity • Managing devices through WorkspaceOne • Management of Endpoint Security through Carbon Black • Onboarding and Offboarding users • Image laptops to get them ready and wipe laptops according to procedures • Keep records of assets up to date • You will also collaborate with the wider global team to streamline operating procedures and enhance the experience for IT users • A successful candidate will have • Experience of helpdesk and desktop support • Ambitious, driven, and able to handle pressure and prioritise tasks • Good automation skills or working towards this • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders • An understanding of Local Area Networking including WiFi and related security concepts • Management of connectivity in small sites, firewalls, switches, APs • Some experience with supporting the following applications Okta, Google Suite Workspace, Tempworks or any ATS • Enthusiastic about technology and adaptable to change • Excellent documentation skills • Job&Talent is a world-leading, AI-powered workforce management platform for frontline industries.
