Cleo (India) - Senior Implementation Engineer I

• B.E./B.Tech with 2–4 years of EDI, B2B integration, or middleware experience. • Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred). • Experience with BPS, data mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and UAT. • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation skills. • Supply chain domain, legacy B2B tools, or AI tool experience is a plus. • Preferred • Experience with supply chain domains: retail, grocery, 3PL/logistics, or manufacturing • Prior exposure to legacy B2B tools (Sterling, Gentran, OpenText) — helpful for migration projects • Familiarity with AI tools for documentation, analysis, or delivery acceleration • Behavior Competencies • Initiative & Innovation- Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas • Initiative & Innovation- • Level 2: Initiative -Takes initiatives within their area of responsibility to accelerate finding solutions.
