Cleo (India) - Implementation Engineer- Night Shift
Requirements
• ▸ Strong understanding of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and B2B integration concepts. • ▸ Experience configuring AS2, SFTP, VAN, REST/SOAP APIs, and authentication methods. • ▸ Hands-on experience with Business Process Sequences (BPS), data mapping, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred). • ▸ Working knowledge of API security, OAuth, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. • ▸ B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • ▸ 2–4 years of experience in EDI, B2B integration, or middleware implementation. • ▸ Proven ability to deliver integration projects independently. • Preferred • ▸ Experience with multiple ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, D365, Acumatica). • ▸ Familiarity with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or B2B platforms such as Sterling, Gentran, OpenText, or Axway. • ▸ Exposure to retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains. • ▸ Experience using AI tools to improve documentation or delivery efficiency
Responsibilities
• ▸ EDI & Integration • ▸ Implement EDI solutions using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards. • ▸ Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs). • ▸ Develop and maintain ERP integrations and business process workflows. • ▸ Data Mapping & APIs • ▸ Build medium-complexity data mappings, Business Process Sequences (BPS), and integration flows. • ▸ Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth, authentication, encryption, and API security. • ▸ Support UAT, resolve mapping issues, and optimize integration performance. • ▸ Delivery & Documentation • ▸ Troubleshoot integration issues independently and escalate complex problems when required. • ▸ Document integration designs, configurations, and implementation processes. • ▸ Follow implementation, quality, and security best practices.
