omaze - Contract Designer (4 months)

• Hands-on experience with atomic design systems, taking components and composing them into polished, production-ready pages • A track record of driving alignment around design with exec and senior stakeholders — you can hold a room, earn trust, and guide a group to a decision • A genuine interest in performance — you understand how design choices move metrics, and you're comfortable contributing to A/B testing programmes • Experience working closely with marketing teams, with an eye for brand coherence from campaign through to conversion • Familiarity with design systems and Storybook, and experience collaborating with engineers to translate design into a component library • Figma expertise — including building with and extending component libraries • Strong communication skills and the kind of presence that makes stakeholders feel confident in the direction you're taking them • We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation.
