Precision Medicine Group - Project Manager, Evidence Synthesis and Decision Modelling

• 7+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience working in a client‑facing role, supporting or leading project management communications • Strong organisational, planning, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programmes • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
