Keeper Security - QA Analyst, Console
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, web application testing or a related QA role • Hands-on experience testing enterprise web applications, administrative consoles or SaaS platforms • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern browser behavior • Experience validating backend APIs using Postman or similar API testing tools • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, permissions and role-based access control concepts • Ability to create clear, detailed and reproducible test cases and defect reports • Experience with Jira, TestRail, Confluence or similar test and defect management platforms • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product and QA teams • Familiarity with enterprise identity technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP or similar platforms • Ability and willingness to use AI-assisted tools effectively to improve testing, troubleshooting, analysis and documentation • Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud environments, qualified candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident • Experience testing identity, cybersecurity or other security-sensitive enterprise applications • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure • Exposure to identity and access management protocols such as SAML, SCIM or SSO • Familiarity with virtualization or containerization tools such as Docker or VMware • Experience with automated web or API testing tools
Responsibilities
• Test Keeper’s web-based Admin Console applications for functionality, reliability, usability and regression issues • Validate backend APIs that support console functionality using tools such as Postman or similar platforms • Create, execute and maintain test cases based on product requirements, technical specifications and user stories • Test enterprise administrative workflows including authentication, authorization, permissions and role-based access controls • Perform cross-browser testing to ensure consistent behavior across supported desktop browsers • Reproduce, document and track defects with clear technical detail and steps to reproduce • Maintain test coverage and execution results using tools such as TestRail, Jira and Confluence • Collaborate closely with developers, Product and other QA team members to identify issues and validate fixes • Participate in requirement reviews, release validation and regression testing activities • Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend improvements to QA processes and test strategy • Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to support test design, defect analysis, troubleshooting and documentation
