Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage budgets independently. • Advanced expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, marketing automation). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions. • Project management and organizational abilities, with experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams. • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, display, social media, email, and web. • Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns to support product launches, demand generation, and brand initiatives. • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure digital assets are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences. • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources, and oversee relationships with external vendors and platforms. • Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches. • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth. • Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
