Experience as a CSM (Customer Success/Service Manager), TAM (Technical Account Manager), BA (Business Analyst), Financial Analyst, or Technology Consultant.
Ability to work with data and present conclusions clearly.
General support of technology products and services required.
Experience in engaging with customers and understanding their needs is necessary.
Represent Rackspace to 10-15 enterprise cloud customers needed.
Prepare in-depth analysis using big data, provide supporting documentation and reports for high-level stakeholders at our largest clients required.
