Requirements

• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model. • Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • This is a contract, expected to average up to 10 hours a week. • Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices. • Active PMHNP license in good standing • 3+ state licenses in our open | coming soon markets • (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia) | (Wisconsin, Michigan, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts) • RN Compact licensure preferredNo DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances) • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population6+ months working in telehealth • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period • Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication • Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently • Average 10 hours per week of patient - facing appointment time • Contract Role; Flexible Schedule • 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric mental health care to patients. • Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with mental health disorders related to women's health issues. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs in the context of their gender, culture, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, or other relevant factors that may affect care and outcomes. • Collaborate with patients, families, communities, healthcare providers, social services agencies, advocacy groups, educational institutions, governmental organizations, employers, faith leaders, media representatives, and others to provide holistic patient support. • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the care of individuals receiving mental health treatment for women's health issues. • Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) or other documentation systems as required by employer policies. • Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information consistent with HIPAA regulations and institutional privacy policies. • Participate in ongoing education to maintain competence in the field of psychiatric mental health nursing, women's health issues, cultural diversity, communication skills, documentation practices, legal requirements for confidentiality, and other relevant areas as required by employer policy or professional standards.
