Requirements

Responsibilities
• Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to on/off boarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes; • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning; • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations; • Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned; • Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required; • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs; • Analyzes data trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE teams to develop solutions, programs and policies; • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of people programs to ensure success; • Performs other related duties as assigned.
