Requirements
• Into a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • A first internship in the HR field, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment. • Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices. • Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies. • Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit. • Excellent communication • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Willing to learn in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ... • Hands-on and doer. • Builder mindset. • Builder mindset.
Responsibilities
• Admin & HR compliance • Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses. • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. • Found provider in various EMEA countries for health insurance, pension, transportation... • Maintain employee handbooks. • Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; gathering information that is relevant on our HR systems • Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates). • Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed. • Manage immigration requests (Visa work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).
