• You are a self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. • You are naturally curious about cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven innovation. • You are a skilled communicator who can translate deep technical complexity into clear, engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. • You are a high-trust collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams, operating as a connector to remove friction and accelerate alignment. • You are outcome-oriented, measuring success by technical seller confidence, pipeline impact, and the field's overall ability to win. • 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Demonstrated presentation skills with the confidence to deliver technical knowledge to experienced professional audiences • Experience as a sales engineer or equivalent for a cybersecurity vendor or technology partner • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • Ability to meet domestic and international travel requirements as needed for the role • Comprehensive understanding of technical sales elements including discovery, architecture workshops, exception handling, demos, and proof-of-value • Proficiency in creating interactive and adaptive e-learning content using modern authoring tools • AI fluency leveraging AI tools to accelerate solution design and automation while applying sound technical judgment to validate outputs • Cybersecurity or networking certifications with a strong technical foundation in network security, zero trust, and cloud-delivered security architectures • Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
