Requirements

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the programmatic team to ensure successful execution of campaign strategies across various platforms such as social media ad buys, display advertising networks, affiliate marketing programs, etc. • Develop comprehensive plans for each client's digital strategy by understanding their business goals and target audience needs in Asia / Taiwan, Taipei region. • Monitor programmatic campaign performance across various platforms to ensure alignment with the overall objectives of both clients and company. • Collaborate closely with marketing team members as well as other departments within Binance such as sales or customer service when necessary for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between programmatic activities and broader business goals. • Analyze data from various sources including web analytics tools like Google Analytics; social media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager); ad exchanges such as DoubleClick/Adobe DMP or OpenX to gain insights into campaign performance metrics, audience behavior patterns etc., which will inform future strategies. • Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in programmatic advertising industry by attending conferences regularly; reading relevant publications like AdExchanger/Adweek among others while maintaining continuous learning through online courses or certifications related to digital marketing, data analytics etc., if required. • Maintain open lines of communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all times via regular meetings (in person / video calls), emails; instant messaging platforms like Slack while providing timely updates on campaign progress/results as well as addressing any concerns promptly through effective problem solving skills. • Manage budgets allocated for each client's programmatic activities ensuring optimal utilization of resources without compromising quality standards set forth by Binance; negotiate with vendors when necessary while maintaining transparency throughout the process regarding costs involved etc., if applicable based on company policies/guidelines. • Develop creative concepts for ad copywriting alongwith visual elements that resonate well within target demographics across Asia / Taiwan, Taipei region; ensuring compliance with Binance's brand guidelines while maintaining high levels of engagement through effective storytelling techniques etc., if required based on company policies/guidelines. • Lead by example as a role model for team members demonstrating strong work ethic, integrity alongwith professionalism in all aspects related to programmatic activities including client interactions; fostering positive working relationships within Binance's internal teams while maintaining high levels of accountability towards deliverables etc., if applicable based on company policies/guidelines. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about relevant laws and regulations governing digital advertising industry in Asia / Taiwan, Taipei region; ensuring compliance
