Requirements
• · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • · 5–10 years of experience managing or supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry • · Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments • · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6) • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills • · Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment • · Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders • · Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills • · Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus • Fueled by Excellence & Collaboration • At Rowan, we are a distributed team united by a common mission to transform data center delivery. Responsibilities
• · Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects • · Provide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth, development of project management skills, and increasing responsibility across project coordination and delivery activities • · Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectives • · Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs • · Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues • · Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders • · Lead coordination meetings, establish agendas, and track follow-up actions across project teams • · Support procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice tracking • · Maintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized • · Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across project activities • · Support site activities as needed, including periodic travel to active project sites • · Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards
