Responsibilities
• End-to-End Delivery: • Leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are consistently met. • Agile Team Leadership: • Facilitating collaboration across Design, Engineering, and QA teams, ensuring smooth and efficient sprint delivery. • Planning & Budgeting: • Defining project scope, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment between resources, timelines, and deliverables. • Client Partnership: • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. • Quality Assurance: • Ensuring continuous feedback loops and maintaining high product quality throughout the lifecycle. • Risk & Issue Management: • Identifying, managing, and escalating risks or blockers to keep projects on track.
