latamcent - Creator & Community Manager
Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, content marketing, or a related field. • Genuine, demonstrable passion for animation and creator culture — real enthusiasm for the space, not just familiarity with social platforms in the abstract. • High-energy, warm communicator on camera and in conversation. This is a highly creator-facing role, we need someone naturally upbeat, friendly, and engaging, not someone who feels scripted or corporate. • Familiarity with animation communities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • C1 or C2 English proficiency, both written and spoken — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. Many of our creators are non-native English speakers with inconsistent mic/wifi setups, so exceptional clarity is essential to bridge that gap. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously. • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic performance metrics. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Personal experience creating animation, illustration, or digital content. • Experience managing creator or influencer programs. • Basic video editing or content production skills. • Additional language proficiency beyond English. • Experience organizing online communities, contests, or virtual events. • SUCCESS INDICATORS (FIRST 3 TO 6 MONTHS) • Become fully familiar with FlipaClip's creator program, workflows, and creator database. • Begin independently managing Creator Talks. • Build relationships with key creators and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit animation creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Evaluate creators using internal qualification frameworks and maintain an organized creator database. • Own creator outreach, relationship management, and ongoing communications. • Schedule, host, and document Creator Talks, sharing insights with internal stakeholders. • Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing through content delivery and publication. • Review creator content to ensure brand quality and campaign alignment. • Monitor campaign performance using tracking links, promotional codes, and reporting dashboards. • Identify high-performing creators and recommend opportunities to expand successful partnerships. • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Social teams to share creator feedback and generate new content opportunities. • Help plan and launch community initiatives such as contests, challenges, and digital creator events. • Successfully manage an active portfolio of creator partnerships. • Establish a consistent Creator Talks cadence. • Demonstrate an understanding of campaign performance and creator impact. • Build a healthy pipeline of new creator partnerships. • Launch or prepare the company's next creator-focused community initiative, such as a contest or challenge. • Become the primary owner of the creator community program.
Benefits
• Remote position based in Latin America. • Full-time or contract opportunity. • Time zone: Flexible, with overlap required with the broader Growth team.
