Responsibilities
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes for applications within TechOps department at Xpreso. • Monitoring system performance using tools like Nagios or New Relic to ensure uptime of services provided by the company. • Collaborating with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum methodologies for continuous improvement within TechOps department at Xpreso. • Managing infrastructure using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to provision resources as needed while ensuring cost efficiency and security compliance standards are met by the company. • Troubleshooting issues related to application performance, server health, network connectivity, etc., within TechOps department at Xpreso in a timely manner with minimal impact on end users or business operations. • Documenting system architecture, processes and best practices for future reference by the team members of TechOps department at Xpreso to ensure knowledge transfer among peers. • Conduct regular security audits within infrastructure managed under DevOps responsibilities in line with company policies as part of proactive risk management efforts by the organization, and reporting findings for remediation actions where necessary.
