Requirements

Responsibilities
• Establish a clear understanding of current Arcadia training programs • Initiate collaboration with product and customer teams, leveraging your expertise to inform • immediate enablement initiatives • Engage with customer management teams as part of customer engagements efforts • Implement targeted training sessions addressing specific medical economic topics relevant to • Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, embedding a credible customer • viewpoint into ongoing projects • Maintain a structured and evolving curriculum that addresses emerging customer needs and • platform developments • Demonstrate measurable impact through customer adoption, engagement, and enhanced • internal cross-team knowledge of customer workflows • Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all.
