Requirements
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on APAC • Proven track record of hiring for commercial and sales roles across Fintech • Ability to prioritise your day effectively and work in a multitasking mode • Proactivity and results-driven approach • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Native/fluent in Mandarin • Fluent in English (C1 written and spoken) • Understanding of local employment practices and talent expectations.
Responsibilities
• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and GTM roles across key APAC markets • Source, screen, and manage pipelines of Mandarin-speaking candidates • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to find top talent across teams • Conduct as many first-round interviews as needed to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different types of interview technics • Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding in the region • Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics.
