Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • 12+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a significant portion spent in both CPG and start-up environments. • Experience in the personal care, cosmetics, and/or beauty industries preferred. • Proven success in launching and growing brands in new markets. • Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in new markets. • Deep understanding of the UK market and its unique consumer dynamics. • Deep understanding of the EMEA region and its unique consumer dynamics. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in an additional European language is a plus. • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • #LI-TC1 #LI-FULLTIME
