• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience managing or leading projects within finance systems, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced, growth environment. • Proven Functional & Process Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience working with core finance systems, with deep functional and process knowledge across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order Management, and Procurement. • Hands-on NetSuite Experience: Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, administration, and ideally, a working understanding of SuiteScript and integrations. • Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. You are comfortable working with technical resources. • Experience Building & Scaling Systems: You have experience in implementing new finance systems or significantly scaling existing ones to support growing business needs. • Strategic Thinking & Execution: You can define a long-term vision for finance systems while also implementing the tactical changes needed to make that vision a reality. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on involvement. • Collaborative Leadership: You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders, to ensure alignment and drive impactful finance systems initiatives. You know how to break down complex system issues into simple, actionable insights for non-technical teams. • Process-Oriented & Detail-Oriented: You’re experienced at designing and implementing processes that drive rigor, consistency, and efficiency across finance workflows.
