Design for trust, clarity, and compliance in a regulated context. • Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder and data feedback: Move quickly from concept to prototype; run low-fidelity and high-fidelity reviews with Product, Engineering, and leadership. • Design AI-powered and AI-assisted product experiences; Contribute to experiences that incorporate AI features (e.g., personalized recommendations, intelligent form assistance, conversational flows); design clearly around AI outputs, uncertainty, and error states to maintain user trust. • Use AI tools to accelerate your own design workflow: Leverage AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make) to speed up exploration, generate initial concepts, and prototype faster.
