Requirements
• Proficiency with major AI video generation platforms and tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, or similar) • Deep understanding of AI video pipeline workflows: prompt engineering, iteration strategies, and output optimization • Expert-level troubleshooting skills for common AI generation challenges (consistency, hallucinations, motion quality, artifacts) • Strong grasp of short-form content requirements and social platform constraints (aspect ratios, pacing, hook creation) • Knowledge of post-production techniques to enhance and polish AI-generated footage • Ability to maintain visual and narrative consistency across episode sequences • You're the creator we're seeking if you: • Demonstrate rapid iteration skills and can produce high volumes of quality content without sacrificing creativity • Possess a portfolio showcasing your AI animation work with diverse styles and genres • Exhibit strong storytelling instincts that shine through in 60-second formats • Thrive in fast-paced production environments where speed and quality coexist • Are resourceful and solution-oriented when facing technical limitations or AI generation challenges • Balance artistic vision with practical platform constraints • Stay current with the latest AI video generation models and techniques • Experience creating viral short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) • Experience with editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, CapCut) • Experience creating vertical drama content (with a focus on romance) • Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices across multiple AI platforms • Understanding of audience engagement metrics and content optimization • Experience working with serialized content or episodic storytelling • Contract Details • Duration: 1-month contract • Work Mode: Remote • Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience and output volume (industry ranges: $50-300 per episode or equivalent hourly/project rates depending on complexity and deliverables)
