Requirements

Responsibilities
• The Alpaca Crypto team is a 100% distributed and remote team. This role will report directly to the Global Director of Crypto Operations. • Things You Get To Do: • Primary responsibility for the daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity • Primary responsibility for daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions; • Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions (errors, corrections, etc.) • Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval • Review of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies • Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations that result from suspected suspicious activity • Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools • Clearly communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, tactical, and insightful manner • Global remote location, core time around 9am to 5pm PT (working hours: 8 hours per day, holidays follow the US market holidays) • Inspired by Alpaca’s mission and enthusiastic about supporting our customer base and growing the platform • Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves): • Startup mindset for a fast paced, high growth environment • Familiarity or interest in: FinTech, financial markets, cryptocurrencies, investing applications • How We Take Care of You:
