Requirements
• Certifications: DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification required. • Required Education: Highschool Diploma/GED • Required Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, • enterprise application support, or business systems management. • Experience leading enterprise application implementation and support projects. • Extensive experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements. • Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integration. • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience supporting Federal Government agencies, particularly DHS or USCIS. • Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as: ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. • Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
• Lead the analysis, implementation, administration, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications. • Serve as the senior technical lead for assigned business applications and application portfolios. • Provide strategic recommendations regarding application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle • Evaluate new technologies and software solutions to improve business operations. • Develop long-term application roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. • Ensure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements. • Lead application implementation, upgrade, migration, and modernization projects. • Coordinate software releases, deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes. • Oversee system integration efforts involving internal and third-party applications. • Serve as the senior technical advisor for application architecture and support. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Application Systems Analyst I and II personnel. • Veterans are encouraged to apply • PingWind, Inc. does not discriminate in employment opportunities, terms, and conditions of employment, or practices on the basis of race, age, gender, religious or political beliefs, national origin or heritage, disability, sexual orientation, or any characteristic protected by law.
