• Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Access Management, Consumer Identity and Access Management, SSO/Federation, & Enterprise Directories • 3+ year of experience with IAM implementation/architecture • 4+ years of experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or information technology • Knowledge of Access Management • Knowledge of SSO/Federation • Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.) • Familiarity of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow) • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms • Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) • Familiarity with security/compliance standards, frameworks, and concepts (NIST, SOX, GDPR, Zero trust, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field or Experience in a related Position • IAM Technology-specific training/certification a plus • CISSP Certification a plus • IDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions.
