Requirements
• Internship (with the possibility to transition into full-time employment) • STEM degree from a top university (fresh grad) or a final year student • Full-time: • STEM degree from a top university • 6-12 months of relevant internship or working experience in a hi-growth environment (tech, top-tier consulting company, top-tier investment bank or VC) • A passion for great UX/UI • Outstanding written communication • Highly analytical
Responsibilities
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst • Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission • Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service • Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts • Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution • Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience
