Requirements

• Tech Lead / Staff Engineer level, with strong hands-on engineering capability and ownership of system design and execution. • Strong hands-on experience building payment backend/ infra systems (must-have) • payment backend/ infra systems (must-have) • Deep understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture • Ability to operate independently in a zero-to-one environment • Strong English communication skills • Comfortable working with partial APAC time zone overlap • Exposure to Web3, stablecoins, or blockchain-based payments • Experience in fintech, cross-border payments, or ledger systems • Prior startup experience or early-stage product building

Responsibilities

• Building stablecoin cross-border payments infrastructure from zero to scale • Defining architecture and building core backend systems for payments, ledgering, and settlement • Owning systems end-to-end in a zero-to-one environment • building payment backend / infrastructure systems (must-have) • Highly skilled in distributed systems + backend architecture • Tech Lead / Staff Engineer level with hands-on builder • Ability to own systems end-to-end in early-stage settings • Clear communication in English • Ability to align with APAC time zones Web3 / stablecoin
