Requirements
• We may conduct preliminary checks for successful candidates, depending on the role and in line with local laws. We’ll share all relevant details during the interview process.
Responsibilities
• You'll serve as the trusted People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, building strong relationships with leaders and operating as a true strategic peer. • You'll partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and shape people strategies that align closely with business objectives. • You'll support managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, employee relations, wellbeing, and organizational design. You'll also act as a thought partner on how AI can shape the way their teams work. • You'll navigate the unique dynamics of commercial organizations, including quota-related conversations, commission disputes, performance improvement plans, and high-stakes feedback discussions. • You'll analyze people data and metrics to identify trends, surface opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. • You'll collaborate closely with our People team to design, implement, and scale people programs that create meaningful impact. • You'll proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI into team workflows and processes, champion new possibilities, and help others adopt them successfully. • You’re comfortable working in a hybrid format, with the ability to come to our London office once per week. • You have 4+ years of experience in a People Partner role, including experience supporting commercial teams, ideally within high-growth SaaS/tech environments. • You're comfortable working cross-functionally as a strategic partner, creating business impact while keeping people at the center of your approach. • You're genuinely excited about AI, already use it to work more effectively, and naturally inspire curiosity in others about what's possible. • You've successfully partnered with teams across multiple regions and feel comfortable working with stakeholders in the UK, Switzerland, and across Europe. • You bring a proactive and personable communication style that builds trust, helps you understand what matters to different stakeholders, and enables you to take meaningful action. • You've had a measurable impact on the people and teams you've supported, helping individuals perform at their best and grow in their careers. • You're self-directed, take ownership of your work, and know how to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations. • You’re fluent in English. • A coaching certification and/or formal coaching training is highly valued. • We understand that every candidate’s experience is different. If you’re interested in this role but don’t tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply.
