Requirements
• You have built complex products that take years of iterations to become great. • You can easily find answers in data, and quickly iterate on the product. • 10+ years of product management experience in ad tech or media technology domains • Excellent communication/presentation skills both in large and small groups. • A sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful projects. • Ability to solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs. • Experience working with distributed teams. • Ability to solve complex, technical problems with practical, scalable solutions. • Durability and grit - sometimes solutions take creative thinking and multiple iterations while dependencies solidify. You try many different approaches to the right answer. • Entrepreneur -- you have a strong bias for action and use compelling, data-based arguments to convince others and generate progress with meaningful results • Excellent listening and communication skills. • Ability to write detailed specifications that clearly articulate the ‘why’ behind the problem.
Responsibilities
• Owning the strategy, roadmap and execution for Creative products. • Working closely with stakeholders across our Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams - helping to align on strategy and thinking through tradeoffs and customer impact. • Gathering customer requirements, designing prototypes, prioritizing and scoping releases that represent customers’ needs, and then working with the rest of the engineering team to bring those products to life and iterate on them over time.
