Requirements
• Strong product thinking skills required for managing Payment Platform complexities at Brigit's intersection of multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Compliance. • Experience in identifying opportunities to optimize payment strategies and customer interventions is necessary. Priority should be given to projects that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk within the Payments Platform ecosystem at Brigit. • Collaboration skills needed with software engineers, data science professionals, operations staff, finance team members, product managers, as well as third-party banking partners for implementing new strategies to improve payment processing workflows and regulatory compliance within the Payments Platform ecosystem at Brigit. • Ability to develop automated monitors that systematically detect anomalies, identify discrepan0cies or potential fraud in transaction data is required as part of maintaining operational efficiency for payments platform at Brigit. • Experience with conducting thorough investigations into payment-related issues and errors needed; this includes resolving identified problems promptly to ensure smooth operation within the Payment Platform ecosystem at Brigit. • Strong documentation skills required, including creating detailed records of processes, procedures, workflows for payments platform operations as well as mentoring others on these aspects is necessary in maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance with payment processing activities at Brigit's Payment Platform ecosystem. • Experience working within a cross-functional team environment needed to manage the complexities of integrating product thinking, analytical expertise, engineering, operations, finance, and compliance aspects in maintaining operational efficiency for payments platform activities at Brigit's Payment Platform ecosystem. • Experience with prioritizing improvement projects within a cross-functional team environment needed to manage the complexities of integrating product thinking, analytical expertise, engineering, operations, finance and compliance aspects in maintaining operational efficiency for payments platform activities at Brigit's Payment Platform ecosystem. • Experience with planning improvement projects within a cross-functional team environment needed to manage the complexities of integrating product thinking, analytical expertise, engineering, operations, finance and compliance aspects in maintaining operational efficiency for payments platform activities at Brigit's Payment Platform ecosystem. • Experience with implementing new strategies within a cross-functional team environment needed to manage the complexities of integrating product thinking, analytical expertise, engineering, operations, finance and compliance aspects in maintaining operational efficiency for payments platform activities at Brigit's Payment Platform ecosystem. • Experience with measuring new strategies within a cross-functional team environment needed to manage the complex
Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to improve payment-processing efficiency and reduce operational risk. • Identify opportunities to optimize our processing strategies and customer interventions. Work with stakeholders to prioritize and plan for improvement. • Collaborate with software engineers, data science, operations, finance, and product managers to implement and measure new strategies and enhancements to the platform. • Create automated monitors to systematically detect anomalies, identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud, and take appropriate action. • Conduct thorough investigations into payment-related issues, errors, and returns. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of payment processes, procedures, and workflows. Mentor and train others on the system.
