Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an analyst, including writing complex SQL queries, building dashboards in business intelligence tools, performing analysis in Python and/or R, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to understand business problems, define the right analytical approach, execute analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Strong SQL skills are required, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries, collaborate on data model design, and own end-to-end analytical projects • Experience using dbt for data modeling and transformation • Experience using Looker to build dashboards and reports; experience defining shared metrics and business logic in LookML is strongly preferred • Advanced Python skills for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas, scikit-learn) are preferred • Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles • Results-oriented team player with strong project management and communication skills • Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights): • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution • Offsite team retreats • We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. Responsibilities
• Analyze care and clinical data. • Develop reporting and insights. • Communicate actionable recommendations to improve patient experience and outcomes. • Own core care metrics and investigate trends across the patient journey. • Partner with various teams (Care Experience, Clinical, Product, Engineering) on KPIs related to healthcare services. • Investigate performance trends, operational issues, data anomalies in clinical settings. • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards for daily operations and long-term planning purposes. • Enable self-service analytics among Care stakeholders. • Design, run experiments (A/B tests) to measure the impact of care initiatives on patient outcomes. • Present complex findings from data analysis to a range of audiences within Hims & Hers and potentially external partners or investors. • Contribute to evolving best practices in Care Analytics, including metric definitions, reporting standards, and governance policies.
