• A bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or a related field • 5+ years in a client-facing role or in research, such as psychologist, counsellor, psychotherapist or psychology researcher • Comfortable explaining your reasoning in English, Hindi or another Indian language • EXAMPLE SCENARIOS • These are examples of the kind of questions you might be asked. Your actual questions will be tailored to your experience. • A 28-year-old software engineer in Pune says: "Every Sunday night I can't sleep. I dread going to work on Monday." What would you ask, and how would you respond? • A mother says her 16-year-old has stopped talking to the family and stays in his room all day. She asks how to reach him. • A newly married woman feels pressure from her in-laws to have a child soon and says she has no one to talk to about it. • A young man says his parents think therapy is only for people who are "mad", and he is unsure whether he should come at all. • Every participant is paid. The amount depends on your expertise and experience, and is agreed before confirmation of participation. • 30% is paid in advance once your participation is confirmed. • The remaining 70% is paid on Day 2, before the study ends. • All payments are made by bank transfer. • HOW WE USE YOUR RESPONSES • Your responses are not used directly to train any AI model. Our researchers study how you reason and communicate to build an internal scorecard. • Recordings are stored securely and seen only by our research team. • We never sell or share recordings outside Anuvaya Labs. • Recordings are kept as part of our long-term research archive. • With your consent, we credit you by name for your contribution. • Every participant receives a certificate of contribution. • SELECTION PROCESS
