Requirements

Responsibilities
• Execute replenishment and order writing across Furniture and Monitors, keeping inventory aligned to forecast and in-stock targets. • Manage a dropship vendor base — tracking availability, coordinating on delivery timing, and resolving discrepancies before they hit customers. • Own monthly Open-to-Buy inputs for the category: trend analysis, risk flags, and forecast updates. • Deliver weekly sales and inventory recaps with clear, actionable takeaways for the planning team. • Build pre-season inventory forecasts at the category, brand, and SKU level. • Track out-of-stocks and discontinued items, proactively communicating risk to internal partners. • Partner with Merchandising on new product introductions and assortment changes. • Our Culture • We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge • We believe in exceptional management, and we invest in the tools and the time to connect with colleagues • We build products that positively impact millions of people's lives • AI is part of how we work, not a side experiment.
