Requirements

Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. • In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes potential opportunities for bonus or commissions, and equity grants. Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of technology strategies to support business objectives. • Lead a team responsible for developing new technologies that enhance our products/services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT initiatives and overall company goals. • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of existing technology infrastructure. • Identify emerging trends in technology relevant to our industry and assess their potential impact on business operations. • Develop a roadmap for future technological investments that align with budgetary constraints and strategic priorities. • Communicate regularly with senior management regarding IT initiatives, performance metrics, and resource requirements. • Provide leadership during times of change or crisis to ensure continuity in technology services. • Establish relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and consultants to support our technological needs. • Participate in the recruitment process by reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses using AI tools (with final decisions made by humans).
