Responsibilities
• Evaluate incoming project requests and clarify requirements together with Account Management and Customer Success teams • Coordinate and allocate researchers to projects based on availability, capacity, and project priority • Maintain a clear overview of researcher bandwidth across multiple parallel projects • Prioritise incoming work using defined criteria (e.g. urgency, complexity, commercial relevance) and communicate realistic timelines internally • Identify bottlenecks in the project flow and support improvements in handover processes • Support the implementation of automation and tooling (e.g. HubSpot workflows, Zapier, AI-based solutions) to reduce manual coordination effort • Work closely with Research Leadership to improve overall operational efficiency • You have 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in a market research company • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in a market research company • You are comfortable working with a high volume of parallel requests and can stay structured under time pressure • You have strong prioritisation skills and can balance competing demands based on clear criteria • You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders across teams • You are comfortable making and explaining decisions based on capacity and priorities • You enjoy working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly • You have a hands-on, pragmatic mindset and a strong affinity for structure and processes • You are proficient in English; German is a plus • proficient in English
