Inizio Medical - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements
• Use a mix of marketing and direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms) to attract candidates to open positions. • Manage candidates through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure candidates move through the recruitment process in a timely manner. • Provide feedback to candidates on application process, interviews and application outcome. • Proactively communicate with hiring managers to ensure they are informed on vacancy activity and process. • Lead on the candidate initial interview process, including recruiter interviews. • Make offers of employment and manage all associated contracts that follow through to offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrable end-to-end in-house recruitment experience and proven success at direct sourcing candidates within a specialist area. Previous experience in recruiting within a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment is desirable. • Previous experience of using applicant tracking systems effectively. Previous experience of using Greenhouse is highly desirable. • Demonstrable expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing system capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of building excellent working relationships at all levels. • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities in line with business needs. • In addition to a competitive package, we are known for our friendly and informal working environment. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
