pergolux - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements
• At least 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on active sourcing • Strong command of sourcing strategies, tools, and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, or similar platforms • A generalist mindset with the ability to source for diverse functions and seniority levels • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, paired with a self-starter mentality and strong business understanding • Fluency in English (C1+); German (C1+) and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g. Ashby, Personio,) are a plus. • A valid residence and work permit for Germany is required • 💼 Compensation — Competitive salary · Company pension plan · Capped overtime, fully paid, no endless unpaid crunch • 🚀 Growth and Career Development — You will take real ownership from the start with direct impact on key business outcomes, work alongside an international and collaborative team across Europe, and have fast-track opportunities to grow into senior roles as PERGOLUX scales. • ⏰ Time Off and Flexibility — Up to 30 vacation days, starting at 27 · One week per year remote workation in EU/UK
Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and XING • Own the full candidate research and outreach process, crafting compelling messages and personalized candidate journeys • Act as a strategic recruiting partner to multiple hiring teams, collaborating closely to understand role requirements and team needs • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles in tech, marketing, sales, operations, and beyond • Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting, and represent PERGOLUX at career events, fairs, and networking meetups when needed
