Responsibilities
• End-to-end hiring. You run the full recruiting loop — from sourcing to offer — using AI and modern tooling to move fast, while applying sharp judgment where it matters • Proactive sourcing. You don't wait for inbound. You combine outreach, data, and new technologies to find and engage the strongest candidates before competitors do • Hiring manager partnership. You work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, set expectations, and keep pipelines moving • Recruiting analytics. You track what matters, spot risks early, and use data to forecast hiring timelines and improve decision-making • HOW WE GET THINGS DONE? • Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone. • HOW DO WE UNWIND? • We offer our team 20 days of paid vacation (we’re flexible with days off :))
