TRADINGHUB - Business Manager
Requirements
• Significant industry experience in consulting or a financial services firm, preferably in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, COO office or similar role • Proficient organisational skills and confident in managing multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Clear communication skills and ability to independently manage competing priorities • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships • Knowledge of technology delivery and/or financial markets is desirable
Responsibilities
• Ensure delivery teams accurately track project progress, timelines and key milestones • Analyse and forecast project-related revenues, costs and resourcing to support business planning • Identify and drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives (e.g. improving utilisation of cloud compute resources) • Support forward-looking resource planning in partnership with the CDO to meet the future project pipeline • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver firmwide initiatives and improve operational processes • Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making across Professional Services and senior leadership • We are committed to making our recruitment process accessible to all and we encourage candidates to inform us of any required adjustments.
