Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing & management, or content coordination, ideally within fintech, financial services, remittances, or fast-paced digital environments. • Proven ability to independently own and manage social media channels, content calendars, and campaign execution across multiple platforms. • Strong experience working across Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, community growth, and campaign execution. • Confident using digital tools such as ChatGPT, scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and influencer management platforms. • The ability to manage influencers and ambassadors, ensuring content is delivered on time, and that we communicate clearly with them on time. • Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to turn insights into strategic improvements. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • High level of ownership, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to work independently and drive ideas from concept to execution. • Passion for purpose-driven work, financial inclusion, and creating impact in underserved communities.
