Requirements

• Strong communication skills. • Ability to contribute and work well on a team. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field required. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance or related field. • Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving. • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities. • Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset. • Ability to travel occasionally as needed. • The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and merger consequences analyses. • Conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to support pipeline development. • Lead financial due diligence workstreams; quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments and synergy quantification. • Create and monitor business performance metrics of deals, including key performance indicator tracking, profitability analysis and trend analysis. • Support post-close integration tracking – synergy realization, purchase accounting and performance vs. deal thesis. • Receive a competitive 401(k) match • Be empowered to build your career with tailored development paths • Have the possibility for flexible work arrangements • Engage in work that has a positive impact on communities • Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles • In addition, full-time employees will receive our traditional benefits package (health care, vision, dental, paid time off, etc.) and the opportunity to participate in a bonus system that rewards performance.
