Requirements
• 3+ years of professional QA experience in SaaS or startup environments. • Strong experience with manual testing of modern web applications. • Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. • High level of ownership, autonomy, and adaptability in ambiguous environments. • Experience working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams. • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently without heavy supervision. • Familiarity with Allure TestOps. • Exposure to automation testing frameworks and tooling. • Previous experience in startup or high-growth SaaS companies. • Early-career experience in enterprise environments is a plus. • Hiring in: Argentina, Brazil, Poland, Romania, Spain, Portugal
Responsibilities
• Test Growth experiments, new features, and product improvements across web applications. • Create and execute detailed manual test cases and regression test plans. • Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected behavior. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle. • Participate in feature reviews and provide early feedback on usability, edge cases, and potential risks. • Help improve QA processes, testing documentation, and release confidence. • Contribute to maintaining high product quality in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment. • Work autonomously while proactively communicating risks, blockers, and testing outcomes.
