Responsibilities
• What you’ll • Deliver Outstanding Client Insights • Lead complex media insight projects from project configuration through final client delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations • Configure projects within internal media analysis platforms, including data sources, scoring methodologies, reporting outputs, and workflows • Partner closely with Consultancy and Customer Support teams throughout project delivery to ensure client needs are understood and successfully delivered • Drive AI-Enabled Analysis • Design, test, and refine prompts for AI and large language model (LLM) workflows supporting media scoring, sentiment analysis, and content classification • Evaluate AI-generated outputs, continuously improving prompt quality, scoring accuracy, and analytical consistency • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and adopt emerging AI capabilities that improve productivity and client outcomes • Turn Data into Actionable Insights • Analyse complex media datasets using Power BI and other business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities • Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate insights through clear and compelling business narratives • Develop reusable reporting templates, analytical frameworks, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across the team • Strengthen the Team • Strengthen the Team • Mentor and support Media Analysts through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing • Maintain clear documentation of methodologies and analytical approaches • Proactively identify delivery or operational risks and recommend practical solutions • Act as a subject matter expert for AI-enabled media analysis and insight production • If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role: • 3–5 years of experience in communications measurement, media intelligence, media analytics, or reporting • Experience leading complex analytical projects from initiation through delivery • Hands-on experience using AI and LLM tools, including prompt design and refinement • Experience working with large, complex datasets and business intelligence tools such as Power BI • Strong analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail • Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement • Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills • It Would Be Great If You Also Have • Experience working in media intelligence, PR measurement, or communications analytics • Experience improving analytical workflows through automation or AI • Experience developing reporting frameworks, templates, or operational standards • Experience producing executive-level reports and presentations • Experience contributing to thought leadership or new analytical capabilities • We're Also Looking for Someone Who • Takes ownership and consistently delivers high-quality work • Is curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement • Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively across teams • Proactively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery

• The gross monthly salary for this role in Bulgaria is approximately 1,700 - 1,900 EUR. • Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
