Requirements
• Leadership. You have led IT teams before in fast-moving, remote-first environments. You've led a fix-and-modernize phase before, not just steady-state. • Leadership. • Tech stack fluency. Deep experience with Okta (required), modern MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or similar), Google Workspace, and the Atlassian suite. Certifications welcome; real experience carries more weight. • Project management and execution. Responsibilities
• Lead the IT organization. Manage a distributed team of engineers and support analysts, with on-site coverage in Tempe and Chicago.
