• BDG’s 2026 Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing digital media companies today. Our immersive program gives each intern the chance to explore and develop their interests through mentorship, career training, professional development, collaborative projects, off-site events, and more. • This is a paid, part-time opportunity beginning June 1, 2026, and runs through August 7, 2026. Candidates should be available to work up to 25 hours per week, and will be given the choice to work either remotely or from BDG’s New York City HQ office, depending on their role. • Enthusiasm for BDG’s mission, brand voices and audiences • Passion to work at a fast-paced digital media company • Capable of identifying trending topics/influencers • A flexible, attentive, and ambitious mindset • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and critical thinking • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset • Basic knowledge of all current and emerging social media platforms • Ability to write snappy, smart copy • Ability to follow instructions and implement feedback accordingly • Ability to work independently when necessary • Willingness to alter workflow with a sense of urgency • $17 - $17 an hour • Up to 25 hours per week
